В Севастополе проходят Всероссийские соревнования по самбо, посвященные памяти Героя Советского Союза Даниила Сидоровича Одинцова
Эти соревнования — одни из старейших в Севастополе со времен Советского Союза, они проходит в нашем Городе-Герое уже в 50-й раз и не первый год становятся отборочными на первенство России в возрастной категории от 16 до 18 лет.
Ковры спорткомплекса на Шевченко собрали более 140 самбистов — юношей и девушек из 15 регионов России.
Самбо — базовый вид спорта в Севастополе и национальный в стране. У нас он развивается очень активно: с 2022 года мы реализуем проект «Самбо в школу» на базе шести общеобразовательных учреждений, самбисты спортивной сборной города поднимаются на пьедестал почета различных соревнований, есть отделение самбо в Спортивной школе олимпийского резерва №2, построен «Дом самбо», сейчас реализуем и новый федеральный проект партии «Единая Россия» — «Выбор сильных».
Поединки будут идти до конца дня, желаю севастопольцам удачи!
