Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. 油塘谷油塘位於香港九龍東南的地區，鯉魚門以西北，行政上屬於觀塘區。現在油塘北部以公屋和居屋住宅為主，南部臨海位置現主要用作工業發展的地區已經被政府規劃成私人住宅區，但仍有零星的工業大廈存在。 油塘接鄰的三家村，已有150年歷史，油塘區內也設有觀塘魚類批發市場。

我簡單介紹下我開群組嘅原因同目的
當初因為見TG出左新野 "Local Group"，就開左呢個Group
我希望有個地方聚埋一班油塘嘅街坊一齊傾下計
絕對唔係因為政治而開，但我唔介意大家討論，但唔可以偏激
