Последние тринадцать лет Павел Викторович работал в компании «КрасКом», которая подает в дома красноярцев холодную воду. Был слесарем-ремонтником дежурной службы цеха канализационных сооружений. 29 декабря 2022 года Павел Сергеев пошел добровольцем на СВО, служил стрелком-оператором парашютно-десантного батальона. 20 сентября 2023 года погиб. Воин награжден орденом Мужества и медалью «За отвагу».
