"Хабаровск-Сити": детали масштабного проекта🏗👷🏽

Главный архитектор края Сергей Фёдоров представил новые детали проекта делового центра "Хабаровск-Сити", который планируют построить к 2030 году на берегу Амура.

Комплекс площадью 1,5 млн кв. метров включит бизнес-центры, детскую парусную школу, амфитеатр, спортивные объекты и жилые кварталы с социальной инфраструктурой.

Проект предусматривает транспортную связь с островом Большой Уссурийский, включая возможную канатную дорогу. Застройщик ("Эталон") также возведёт школу на 1100 мест в соседнем микрорайоне. Власти обещают решить вопрос с переносом гаражей с территории строительства.

Отметим, что часть жителей критикует планы комплексной застройки из-за недостаточного внимания к социальной инфраструктуре.
