Что с этим делать? • Просто начать замечать. Не ругать себя, не запрещать — а честно ловить момент: “я сейчас ем, потому что...” • Позволить себе выбор. Может, вы и правда голодны. А может, просто хочется внимания, отдыха или паузы.
Пища — не враг. Но важно понимать, когда она становится прикрытием для других эмоций.
