Artem Kliuchnikov and his family fled Ukraine just days before the Russian invasion. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. NEWS Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.

Project RProject R旨在構建一個屬於全球香港人的社區及經濟共同體(Ecosystem) ，做到香港人靠香港人，拒絕經濟依賴，抵抗欺壓及滲透，使運動可以永續。

我地嘅工作有三個部分：

1. 為抗爭者建立一個全球性支援網絡，包括搵工、創業、升學、培訓及情緒支援。

2. 創造屬於香港人的工作及創業機會；證明香港人可以靠香港人，可以擁有自家品牌及走向世界的產業。

3. 連接全球香港人，建立全球黃色經濟圈。
